GNS Technology has opened a UniFi online store at hkunifi.com, bringing purchase, installation and managed care into one place: all 256 UniFi models across 14 product lines are supplied through Ubiquiti as genuine Hong Kong stock with manufacturer warranty, and we handle warranty claims on your behalf.
What the store offers:
- Model catalogue and filtering — filter by type and specification (Wi-Fi generation, network speed, port count, PoE, camera resolution) and add models to an enquiry list.
- Bundles — network and security bundles sized by headcount and site, with hardware itemised from HK$8,920.
- Fixed quotes — we verify supply, recommend quantities from your floor plan and provide a fixed quote; you can also book a free site survey where we measure coverage and scan channels.
- GNS CARE managed service — add monthly managed care to any purchase (Basic from HK$800/month, Full from HK$2,000/month): device data is read through official UniFi APIs and analysed on our own AI platform to repair before failure.
- Second-year extended warranty — available as an add-on for selected models.
We are a registered reseller in the Ubiquiti Partner Program with a Partner Portal account, and our engineers hold the UniFi Full Stack Professional (UFSP) certification from Ubiquiti Academy, covering site surveys, VLAN design and configuration.
