GNS Technology is a registered reseller in the Ubiquiti Partner Program with a Partner Portal account, giving us access to UniFi BOM quoting tools and partner pricing. Every UniFi device is supplied through Ubiquiti as genuine Hong Kong stock with manufacturer warranty, and we handle warranty claims on your behalf. Hardware pricing is benchmarked against the market by AI on a regular basis to stay competitive.

Is your UniFi hardware genuine Hong Kong stock?
Yes. GNS is a registered reseller in the Ubiquiti Partner Program with a Partner Portal account; all 256 models across 14 product lines are supplied through Ubiquiti as Hong Kong stock with manufacturer warranty, and warranty claims are handled by us.
What is UFSP certification?
UFSP (UniFi Full Stack Professional) is a Ubiquiti Academy certification covering the design, deployment and troubleshooting of the full UniFi range, from Network to Protect (CCTV) and Access (door access). Our engineers hold it and lead site surveys, VLAN design and configuration.
Can we buy hardware without installation or managed service?
Yes — the store allows hardware-only purchases. However, most coverage gaps, VLAN mistakes and PoE budget problems originate in configuration, so we recommend at least having certified engineers complete the survey and setup, then deciding on managed service separately.
What does the free site survey include?
We measure wireless coverage, scan channels, review existing equipment and cabling, then recommend models and quantities from your floor plan and provide a fixed quote. At handover you receive a port map and configuration backup.
How are GNS CARE fees calculated?
Per device endpoint (gateway, switch, AP, CCTV, NVR, access control and Talk) with a minimum: Basic from HK$800/month, Full from HK$2,000/month, and Security Hardening at +HK$500/month. Minimum 12-month term with a fixed monthly fee.
Is extended warranty available for a second year?
Yes. Selected models can add a second-year extended warranty (approximately 10% of the hardware price), arranged by us with the manufacturer. Warranty periods vary by model and the quotation governs.
Do you only work with UniFi?
UniFi is our primary hardware platform, but we also supply other networking brands, industrial-grade hardware and IoT solutions, and integrate existing systems. If your site already runs other brands, we factor them into solution design.
