Local sales and channel
We purchase and sell your products as a reseller — hardware stock or software licences: Hong Kong channel, quoting, tender support and warranty or licence administration.
SI Partner Programme
Two paths: customers looking for a Hong Kong systems integrator (SI) to deliver AI, IoT, ERP, network and managed projects — and vendors or brands looking for a Hong Kong SI partner for local sales, solution development, integration and 24/7 managed service.
Partner and technology examples
International brands entering Hong Kong usually run into three problems: limited sales coverage (no local sales or tender capability), a delivery and support gap (nobody local to install, integrate and service what has been sold), and hard-to-open vertical markets (government, rail and logistics buyers expect local track record and credentials).
GNS closes all three at once: we buy and sell as a reseller and handle warranty, we design and integrate as a systems integrator, and we operate as an MSP with 24/7 monitoring, AI-driven managed care and SLAs. The brand keeps product and technology leadership; we handle local go-to-market and operations.
Partners are not limited to hardware either. Software, SDK, API and cloud platform vendors can work with us the same way: the vendor supplies the SDK, API or an OEM/white-label licence, and we handle solution development, localisation, integration, deployment and support — turning software capability into a vertical solution customers can adopt immediately.
What we do for brands
Nine workstreams you can combine as needed — all delivered by a local Hong Kong team.
We purchase and sell your products as a reseller — hardware stock or software licences: Hong Kong channel, quoting, tender support and warranty or licence administration.
We take your products into government, public bodies, rail, logistics, schools and healthcare, using local track record to open new accounts.
Solution design, network and system integration, API work and hardware/software integration that results in a working solution.
GNS CARE: 24/7 monitoring and alerting, firmware and security updates, SLAs and monthly reporting — white-label or co-branded.
Telemetry is read through your official APIs and compared on our own AI platform against per-device baselines, so failures are predicted and repaired before they happen.
Our engineers take OEM certifications — for example UFSP from Ubiquiti Academy — keeping technical capability local and shortening support cycles.
A Hong Kong field team supporting Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with a 24/7 hotline, on-site service and ISO-certified processes.
Co-produced case studies, whitepapers and demonstrations at local seminars and customer events, plus visibility on our website and AI-search content.
The vendor provides the SDK, API or an OEM/white-label licence; we handle vertical solution development, localisation and integration, turning software capability into a solution customers can use directly.
Software and SDK vendors
Partnership is not limited to hardware. Software, SDK, API and cloud platform vendors work with us the same way — licensing, solution development, localisation, integration and delivery support, all handled by our Hong Kong team.
Agree the SDK/API licence scope, OEM or white-label terms, support split and version-update process, then complete the technical assessment and a demonstration environment.
Build vertical solutions on the vendor SDK — document processing and PDF SDKs, OCR, reporting engines, AI models and more — with interfaces, documentation and help content in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.
Embed the SDK into the customer's existing systems — custom ERP, corporate websites, mobile apps, cloud or on-site devices — handling authentication, permissions, performance and offline constraints.
Installation and deployment, staff training, SLA-backed support and version-upgrade follow-up, with GNS CARE monitoring and proactive maintenance behind it.
Co-produced case studies, whitepapers and demonstrations, plus GNS-GEO so the product gets cited in AI search answers.
Faster and steadier to market
Awareness, customer access, delivery and operations move together — bringing your product to the Hong Kong market faster and more reliably.
GNS-GEO gets your product cited and recommended in AI search answers such as Google Gemini and AI Overview — from a free visibility report and structured data to case content, building awareness in one pass.
Our customers include government departments, public bodies, rail operators, schools, logistics, healthcare and enterprises — your product can enter those environments without building a market from scratch.
As an SI we embed your product into complete solutions (network, CCTV, access control, AI platforms or SDK-based applications), turning a single product sale into a full solution with higher deal value.
Pilot customers or a POC establish a demonstration environment and measured results, lowering perceived risk and shortening the decision and procurement cycle.
Certified engineers install and configure, then GNS CARE provides 24/7 monitoring, AI-driven predictive maintenance and SLAs — so your product runs reliably on site, cutting returns and support cost.
GNS is a GITP scheme supplier that accepts P-Card, with government and railway delivery history to support tender documents and compliance — shortening large procurement processes.

Onboarding
Every company's product, certification requirements and customer base differ — the steps stay the same, the timing does not. We scope it together during the initial conversation.
Agree the partnership model (reseller, SI or managed service), product lines, target industries, pricing and support split, and select the first pilot customer.
Engineers complete OEM certification and training, and we establish a demonstration environment and delivery standards, keeping technical capability local.
Prove the solution through a pilot or proof of concept, building local references and measured data while lowering perceived risk.
Fix the quoting, installation, managed service and reporting formats into a repeatable delivery process that is easy to extend.
Move into regular quoting, tenders, installation and managed service, with monthly reporting and coverage expanding as the market responds.
Examples
Examples of the partnership models we run with technology partners.
As a registered reseller in the Ubiquiti Partner Program we supply 14 product lines and 256 UniFi models as Hong Kong stock (warranty handled by us), then add SI installation and GNS CARE AI-managed service.
We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SICK as an authorised reseller and systems integration partner, covering Hong Kong sales, solution design and integration — including a 3D cargo dimensioning deployment for a logistics terminal.
Helping a client migrate critical systems to cloud infrastructure, designing for high availability and operating it under local compliance and security requirements.
FAQ
Four differences stand out against large distributors or international SIs. First, **complete service coverage** — purchasing, local sales, SI design and installation through to 24/7 managed service, AI-driven maintenance and GEO promotion, all from one team, so the brand does not need several partners. Second, **a lower barrier to entry** — no large-company minimum order volumes or lengthy onboarding, and you can start with one or two pilot customers. Third, **fast administration** — a short decision chain where quoting, technical support and delivery are handled directly by the same team. Fourth, **proven delivery** — our customers include government departments, public bodies, rail operators, schools and large enterprises, with more than HK$55 million of projects delivered in the last four years and multiple ISO management system certifications. The same team also handles IT outsourcing and maintenance contracts if you would rather hand over day-to-day IT operations, with response and fix times written into the agreement.
Just contact us. GNS delivers as a systems integrator: AI and IoT solutions, custom ERP, corporate websites and applications, API integration, network infrastructure and 24/7 managed service — from requirements assessment, solution design and system integration through installation, go-live and ongoing support, all by one Hong Kong engineering team. Government departments and public bodies can register for formal quotations at procurement.gnshk.com, or email gns@gnstec.com.hk or WhatsApp +852 9742 5753; we also accept government P-Card.
Agents and distributors mainly supply products and quote. A systems integrator also owns solution design, system integration, installation, delivery and post-go-live operations. GNS combines all three roles — reseller (purchasing and sales), SI (design, integration and delivery) and MSP (24/7 managed service, AI-driven maintenance and SLAs) — so brands and customers deal with one team across sales, technical and operations instead of coordinating several partners.
GNS is a reseller, systems integrator and managed service provider at the same time: we purchase and sell as a reseller, design and integrate as an SI, and operate 24/7 managed service with AI-driven care and SLAs as an MSP. The brand keeps product and technology leadership.
No. Hardware OEMs, software and SDK vendors (ISVs) and cloud platforms can all partner with us. On the hardware side we act as reseller, SI and MSP — purchasing, selling, designing, installing and running 24/7 managed service. On the software side the vendor supplies the SDK, API or licence and we handle solution development, localisation, integration, deployment and support, turning software capability into a vertical solution customers can adopt directly.
Three common forms: (1) **SDK/API licensing plus solution development** — the vendor provides the technology, we build the vertical application and deliver it to customers; (2) **OEM/white-label** — we build a white-label solution on the vendor engine and sell, deploy and support it; (3) **reseller plus managed service** — we sell the licence or subscription and operate it under GNS CARE with continuous monitoring and support. Terms, territory and revenue share are agreed individually.
We represent and integrate several brands, but product overlap is handled by agreement: specified verticals, product lines or customer segments can be excluded from overlapping sales, depending on market stage and territory.
It can be discussed. A common path is to start with a pilot or a named vertical, then extend to wider territory or exclusivity once sales and delivery targets are met.
It depends on the product. We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SICK as an authorised reseller and systems integration partner; for UniFi, our engineers hold UFSP (UniFi Full Stack Professional) certification from Ubiquiti Academy. For other brands we can arrange OEM certification and training, keeping the technical capability inside the Hong Kong team.
Based on the brand's distribution policy, expected volume, support responsibilities and whether managed service is included. We quote transparently and adjust to local market conditions.
Co-produced case studies, whitepapers and demonstration videos, showcasing at local seminars and customer events, and visibility through our website and AI-search content — GNS has in-house GEO capability.
Accounts we develop or deliver are managed day to day by GNS, while the brand receives sales, installation and service data. Technical issues follow a tiered support agreement, escalating to the OEM where needed.
Yes. Managed service can run under GNS branding, the brand's own branding (white-label) or co-branding, including alert notifications, the customer interface and monthly reports.
GNS is a Hong Kong registered company, a GITP scheme supplier that accepts P-Card, and holds multiple ISO management system certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (information security), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO/IEC 27017:2015 (cloud services security), ISO/IEC 27018:2019 (PII in public clouds), ISO 22301:2019 (business continuity) and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 (privacy information management). With government, public body and railway delivery history, we can support tender, audit and compliance documentation.
Reseller and strategic agreements run annually; managed service contracts are usually a 12-month minimum with fixed monthly fees per device, renewable monthly thereafter.
Yes. We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SICK as an authorised reseller and systems integration partner, covering Hong Kong sales, solution design and integration delivery. With Ubiquiti we are a registered reseller in the Partner Program, and our engineers hold UFSP certification from Ubiquiti Academy. Scope, territory and product lines are set out in each agreement.
GNS Technology holds all three roles: as a reseller we purchase and sell brand products and handle warranty; as a systems integrator we design, install and integrate through APIs; as an MSP we provide 24/7 monitoring, AI-driven managed care, SLAs and monthly reporting. We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SICK as an authorised reseller and SI partner, are a registered reseller in the Ubiquiti Partner Program with UFSP-certified engineers, and have delivered AWS cloud implementations.
Three paths run at once. First, GNS-GEO gets your product cited and recommended in AI search answers such as Gemini and AI Overview, building awareness quickly. Second, we take it into our existing customer network — government, public bodies, rail, schools, logistics, healthcare and enterprises — without building a market from scratch. Third, SI installation plus 24/7 managed service and SLAs keep the product running reliably at the customer, while pilots reduce perceived risk and shorten the sales and procurement cycle.
